1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

kdslot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on kdslot, you are required to create an Account. You agree that:

• All registration information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You will register only one Account. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual, whether using different contact details, payment methods, or devices, are prohibited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. kdslot accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. kdslot does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. kdslot reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes during normal operations; bank transfers — within one (1) Philippine banking day.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on kdslot are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Any conduct that kdslot, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of gaming.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kdslot Platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, logos, and the kdslot brand name and marks, are the intellectual property of kdslot or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kdslot.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kdslot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kdslot shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; interruption of service due to circumstances beyond kdslot's reasonable control including acts of God, telecommunications failure, or regulatory intervention; or any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

kdslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Upon Account termination, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method, subject to identity verification requirements.

13. Amendments to Terms

kdslot may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on their Account at least 14 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
